David, a longtime Managing Director at SeaBridge Investment Advisors, transitioned to a new role as a member of the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) in 2025. In this capacity, he continues to contribute his extensive expertise to guide the firm’s investment decisions.

David joined SeaBridge in 2002 after a distinguished 22-year career at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he held senior roles including Senior Vice President in the Financial Restructuring Group and Managing Director of Prudential Global Equities, overseeing Asia ex-Japan equity portfolios. His leadership in financial restructuring and global equities has been instrumental in shaping SeaBridge's strategies.

An active member of the Lumen Institute, David reflects his commitment to character, faith, and leadership development. He holds a bachelor's degree in English from St. Peter’s College and an MBA in Finance from New York University, showcasing a blend of humanities and financial expertise.
